No customer data leaves your Microsoft 365 tenant unless you’ve explicitly authorised it. We don’t recommend personal AI accounts (private ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for business data — and Step 2 of the roadmap deploys the policies and technical controls so this is enforced, not just promised.
AI outputs are drafts, not facts. Hallucinations are real. Our training emphasises critical review of every AI-generated artefact before it goes to a customer, supplier, or the public. AI as draft, human as editor.
Privacy Act 1988, sector-specific obligations (health, finance, legal), and SMB1001 controls flow through every step of the roadmap. We don’t bolt compliance on at the end.
