Buying business PCs shouldn’t be a project. The Officeworks lap is fast, but the device arrives running consumer Windows, no enrolment in your Microsoft 365 tenant, no security baseline, no asset tag, no warranty registered to your business. Three years later when something fails, you’ve forgotten where the receipt is.

What you get: vendor selection guidance (we tell you which model fits the role, not which one we have stock of), devices configured before delivery (Windows business edition, M365 enrolled, security baseline, your line-of-business apps if needed), asset-tagged and tracked in our inventory system, warranty registered to your business, ongoing support included when you have managed IT with us.

Brands we work with: HP (Elite Mini desktops, ProBook + EliteBook laptops), Lenovo (ThinkPad laptops, ThinkCentre desktops), Microsoft Surface where touch and portability matter, plus servers from HP/Lenovo/Dell where on-prem still makes sense (less common in 2026, but it happens). We’re not religious about brands — if a vendor not on this list is the right fit, we’ll get it.

Refresh planning: most business PCs are a 4-5 year asset. We help clients plan the refresh cycle in advance — annual review of your fleet, spread purchases over time, no surprise capital expenditure when a critical machine dies.
